Doi Ilish / Hilsa

Ingredients: 

1 cup Yoghurt / Doi
 4 piece Ilish fish
 2 tsp Mustard Paste
 1 tsp Ginger & garlic Paste
 4 Green Chillies
 1 tsp kalo jeere
 Turmeric powder
 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
 Salt to taste
1 cup water

Steps:

Clean & pat dry the fish . Marinate with salt and turmeric. Don't fry the fish.
Heat oil in a wok . Add kalo jeere , ginger garlic paste & green chillies & turmeric. Temper.
Add water & salt . When hot add the fish.
In a bowl mix doi & mustard paste.
When the fish is tender add the doi mixture .Cook for 5 mins.
Serve hot with rice.
